What's up? I'm at the state library, streming videos lol we ain't got innurnets at home. It sucks. The connection here sucks -- very very slow. I'm out of things to do. Boring city is boring. I don't really have anything to say because nothing exciting or new happened. You can't imagine how annoying that is. I wanna go somewhere. As to where exactly, I don't know. Hope you're doing better.

Short update ng buhay

Eep! We're going to Ate Jillian's debut tom. And guess what? We're taking Karl's girlfriend with us.. Yes, Karl has a girlfriend! She is so nice and sweet, and very pretty. We're actually pretty close. We met at my friend's party. It turned out that one of my closest friend's sister is Aida's (Karl's gf) bestfriend. Small world huh? So we started talking, but they weren't dating yet. They were pretty close, though.

If you have any questions feel free to ask because I know it could be confusing. Lawl!
O and if it helps, Karl wasn't at the party.

Uhm.. We're having our Thanksgiving break right now, which is five days, including the weekends. Wala na naman kaming ibang gimmick other than tom.

I R Bored.

It's 8:29PM, still bright outside and I'm boreb out of my skull. Ikang, I haven't heard from you guys for the longest time. Please tell Kim that I'm sorry I haven't replied to her message yet. The internet connection at home's a mofo. I hates it. You're probably busy with school (because you haven't been posting or commenting).

Anyhoo, 4 weeks to go and its hello, Manila! I'm so excited. I think about it and daydream about it several times a day. I can't wait. I can taste the food already! I wish you guys would go home, too. It would be so awesome.

What have you guys been up to? Just the other day, I remembered this joke Karl told me about three survivors of a plane crash who were taken as prisoners by a tribe in some jungle. The chief of the tribe told them he would spare them if they would bring him fruits blah blah blah then he'd insert the fruits in their butts, if they show any emotion, he'd have them killed. How did that joke go again? Please ask Karl hehe.

What to do what to do what to do. Argh. I guess I'll just play Word Challenge again. Or clean the toilet. Rawr.

LIFE UPDATESSSSZZZ

Wow, long time no post! Ikang, how are you?

Updates, updates, updates!

1. Changed school. I have a new school now! And its a University, not a TAFE. YAY~ But since we transferred at mid-semester, we couldn't go straight into the Bachelor's course so we're taking up Academic English at the moment so school's considered play time for us. This English course ends on Dec 12 then its serious time on February.

2. Philippines, here I come. I'm going home! It's sure now because dad told me that he booked me a flight. I'm going home on the 21st of December. I'll be there for a month. Would be nice if you guys can go, too. I miss you all!

3. Mommy's in NY. She's been there for more than half a month already, I think. She's going back on the end of October. Would be nice if you can visit her in NY. Or if she can fly to Tulare. Hopefully I can visit the US before my visa expires.

That's all I can think of at the moment. I've been busy with school and work. I don't have a day off anymore. I go to school from Monday to Friday then work on Saturday and Sunday. Sometimes I work on weekdays, too. Its so tiring. I can't wait to go home :) How are things at your end of the world? I miss you!

OMG.

Ate Yen!

Sorry if i haven't been keeping in touch lately.
I've been really stressed out. This high school thing is not easy getting used to. All my classes are so so heavy I don't even have one fun class. That's because I had to choose Biology freshman year when I didn't know I wasn't suppose to.Urgh. And there's two hours of PE which is not at all like what we had in the Philippines. Every class we run a mile, walk a mile, push ups, crunches, and so forth. Not exaggerating. But luckily, in Spring we go swimming!

Hate to dump all this on you yenni. I only have time to go online on weekends, but i'll really try keeping up with you.
Tell me, what's the latest?

New apartment

my dad's laptop's pretty cool-- i like his keyboard. i'm listening to one of his songs,
but i can barely understand what they're saying. it's more of a church song kinda thing.

omg, i love it here in virginia. everything is so perfect yenni.
but i'm trying to ignore the fact that my head is spinning like crazy.
and that i haven't had much sleep. hehe.

ooh, this song is much better. everafter!! remember??

i sat next to my dad during our flight :) it was so nice to talk to him.
and we didn't get a chance to sleep in the plane because
it was really bumpy. uhm. what else did i want to tell you...

this house is really cool. i can't believe i don't remember anything
from before. and it smells really nice.hehe.

ugh. i wanted to say something, but i can't seem
to remember what. i'll just make another post when it comes back to me.

A dog followed me home two days ago. I asked the neighbors if it belonged to them, called the Police and the council and posted a sign outside our house but no one has come to claim him yet. He is so cute =3

Remembering Miko

This is an homage to Miko. Let us deposit an entry into his loving memory. Lol.

Well, what can I say? (Obviously, nothing.) Out of nowhere, out of our thoughts, he sprung to life. It was ~~fun~~, I guess. Guilt played a big part in our little con and well, it just had to end. We should never give in to the ideas of trickery that enter our heads when faced with painful boredom again. We loose ourselves in something evil masked as innocent entertainment. And in the end, hearts were broken. Our hearts to be exact haha. And we made a smile disappear.

~~Woot. Total crap post. ROFL.~~

The Yen way to birthday

My first birthday away from home wasn't bad at all. I wasn't planning anything because I'm running on a low budget lol but my friends are the sweetest XD We had spaghetti care of Perth and Salad, Roast Chicken,drinks and birthday cake care of Benjo. Maiko and Nikko helped with the food preparation, Ate Krisel and Kate provided the birthday shoes and Maiko was in charge of the program haha. We didn't have a big party but I wouldn't celebrate my birthday any other way. Last night was tons of fun. The piece de resistance of the evening was the MagicSing. We karaoked 'til dawn, we only stopped because we had to. We had a little singing competition, too. Kate was crowned Karaoke Queen, her top score was 98. It was fun belting out high notes we know we can never reach but still singing anyway haha I bet we sounded like some sort of intoxicated distressed animals.

summer activities

hmm. so far these are the things i've had the chance to do or planning
on doing:

1. SWIMMING. yes, i'm getting darker and darker by the day. today, we're planning
on getting wet at 1 30. i want to get in now because i want to feel refreshed and
also because of #2.

2. VOLLEYBALL PRACTICE. yesterday, i went to my high school and had
a volleyball practice for two hours. that is why i my thighs are so soar
from crouching. i'm suppose to come back for three more
meetings, but i think that's it for me. oh and the reason i want to go swimming
is because i think cold water would be good for my thighs.

3. PARTIES. hm. i'm planning on having a party on saturday, since i'm
bored as hell and also because i want to do fun stuff before Virginia.
and i've only been to two parties so far, and they were fun.
and i think my friend's gonna have one too for her bday next week.

4. CONFUSED? i tend to talk or in this case write complicated
and confusing stuff, so just try to keep up.

5. DANCE RECITAL. my friend nathalie is having a dance recital
on friday. she invited me and my mom to watch for free!
i'll probably get her a bouquet.

6. VIRGINIA. still excited about seeing my dad, tita buding, tita enol, papa doy, kuya june,
and scarlet. though i'm not sure who else would come to visit. time is going by so slow
that is why i've set up some stuff to do to speed things up.

well that's about it yenni, no pictures for now.
i'll try to take some and put it in our site.

paint balling, swimming, eating

i took your advice and went paint balling-- it was crazy and it hurts so bad
i got hit twice on my head, but it was worth it. And as planned, i came over to her house
and went swimming. it was a nice experience and i want to do it again.

i just had dinner, but i didn't eat much so i'm still hungry.
i just don't like spanish or flavored rice. i like plain rice better.
i was told to eat a banana just to fill me up.hehe.

other than that, i've been bored lately. there's nothing to do.
you know what's weird-- i've always wanted school to end, but now
that it did, i feel like going back to school.sigh.

oh, i almost forgot to tell you. my mom found a pup at the gas station
and decided to take it home. i think we're gonna keep him.
his name's keifer. i'm not sure what kinda dog he is though.
we're gonna take him to the vet soon.

i'm gonna call my dad later to see how he's doing. um what's the time change from US to Australia?

have you seen that movie i now pronounce you chuck and larry? its hilarious.
there's a bunch of movies coming out over the summer-- i wanna see get smart--
i'm tempted with karl's m&m's on his desk, i already got some a while ago but he might notice
if there's no more.
oh, i was invited to go paint balling with my friends and then come over to her house to go
swimming-- i'll probably just come over to her house.. sigh sigh... i dunno..

i'm looking for bang hair styles do you know where i could find some good ones?

so,, just went swimming an hour ago-- i think i'm starting to get really dark--
right now i'm in the living room cuddling a pillow thinking of what to write about.

Coming soon: Mah Jong

We met this guy, his name is Benjo. The first time I saw him, I thought he was Chinese then I heard Maiko, Nikko and mommy speaking to him in Tagalog. THEN I just HAD to ask Benjo "Bakit ang galing mo mag Tagalog?" and they were all like, "Dude, Pinoy si Benjo." Haha.

Anyhoo, he has friends who has Mah Jong sets. Yay. And he said he could borrow and bring it over XDDD

hmm.. flashbacks..

Warning: This might be a little bit long and messy.

Ate yen! i miss u, sniff, sniff. I saw the pictures-- weh, surprise yun? how cool--
Shoutout to ate Krisel- red hair rocks!!

Sigh, i don't know where to start. Nagsimula na yung summer namin. Nagraduate uli ako, ngek.
Pupunta kami sa Virginia for three weeks, but until then, i'm stuck with sleeping and eating ice cream.
I'm planning on getting a job too like babysitting, but it's still hanging.

Si Kaye still reading-- never runs out of books--
Karl always have cute and hot friends over and they go swimming, half-naked,wink,wink.
Kim is now pregnant like we predicted.kidding. Still cute and still a baby.

Now about me, i'm going to be a freshman at Tulare Western High School.
And these are my classes:
1. Fresman Studies (driver's ed, keyboarding, geography)
2. Biology
3. Algebra 2 Honors -- classmate ko si Karl--
4. English Honors
5. Portugese-- also known as Pork and Cheese--
6. Physical Education--boo--

Oh, before i forget, sabi ni ate apple ininvite ka daw niya sa friendster but "didn't go through" so nag-send
siya ng message sa akin to tell you to add her pero hindi pa ako nagrereply.

Nag-graduation party pala ako nung Saturday that ended with a sleepover. It was fun.

LOL. It's been so long since I posted on our journal that I had to ask kim what our
password was. and it feels good writing all those things down, so i would post something
as often as I could even if they don't make sense.

So when will i see my yenni? i miss you so bad. i miss all of you guys.
i think i'm starting to get depressed, and i'm serious. Help! DON'T TELL ANYONE!!
But i'm trying to make the most out of things. and since i'll see dad soon, i feel a lot better.
